Monitor issues and laws that affect business; provide a non-partisan forum; serve as a catalyst for community planning between the City, County, Hospital, Schools and Chamber.

Tourism
Promote Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County as a destination point for tourists.

Membership Development
Coordinate efforts to recruit new members and involve existing members through the Ambassador Club and regional involvement.

Education
Coordinate efforts of education with a business and professional community.

Special Events
Plan, promote and coordinate the Annual Banquet, Golf Tournament, Ice Cream Freeze-Off, Independence Day Celebration, Stew Contest and Ray Perryman

Workforce and Small Business Development
Work with the Sulphur Springs Center and business leaders to develop training and education; provide guidance and programs to support small business and local retailers

Agriculture
Promote and enhance agriculture in Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County

Transportation
Monitor issues and activity that impact our community in its transportation needs.

Help recruit and coordinate businesses and place them with the appropriate schools.
